SOFT-TRANS Bt.

Our privately held firm was founded in October 2001. This name was chosen for our micro enterprise, because it reveals several aspects of our work. When we chose it, we thought, it was a unique name, but if you search for it in a search engine, you will find companies called SOFT-TRANS in other countries as well.

Mission and Vision

We firmly convinced of that the software localization significantly helps spreading the information technology and the computers. The top level work is the guardian of the correct usage of our language.

Publications In The Press

József Tamás Herczeg, Managing Director published several articles about software localization in the printed Hungarian CHIP Magazine in 2001-2002.

Activity In The Open Source

We committed ourselves to the participation in the Open Source. with especial regard to the Joomla! Project. József Tamás Herczeg is the Board Member of Joomla! User Association Hungary, he is the Hungarian Translation Team co-ordinator in the global community.
